Once again, a renegade activist judge has ruled that WE the People do not know what is best for our society. Judge Arenda Wright Allen made not only an unconstitutional ruling, she also confused the Constitution with the Declaration of Independence. If a judge can’t get those two documents right, then obviously she can’t rightfully rule from the bench.
