The recent renegade rulings by US District Judge James Robart and the 9th US Court of Appeals, at the behest of Democrats, to oppose President Trump's travel restriction on certain terrorist nations, have brought judicial activism to the forefront.

Furthermore, the despicable treatment of Attorney General Jeff Sessions during his Senate confirmation hearings belies the evil intent the Democrats have when it comes to the Judiciary and rule of law.
